Twocan is a todo list app. Lists are stored on your device; you can optionally share a list via a link, which stores that list on our servers so others can view and edit it. The app is free and contains no purchases or subscriptions.

- Not store or share unlawful, abusive, or infringing content in shared lists
- Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service
- Treat share links with care — anyone with a link can view and edit that list
4. Shared Lists
Regarding lists you share:
- You are responsible for the content of lists you share
- Anyone with a share link can view and edit the shared list; there is no access revocation short of deleting the list
- We may remove shared lists that violate these terms or applicable law
- We may impose reasonable size and rate limits to keep the service available for everyone
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create. By sharing a list you grant us the limited right to store and transmit it for the purpose of providing the sharing feature. The app's software and design are protected by copyright.

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to it.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the sharing service, and shared data may be lost due to technical failure. Keep your own copies of important information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data in shared lists or access to a shared list by someone who obtained its link.
